Changes:
- Now supports subscription options ‘no local’ and ‘publish as retained’. This will be used by bridge support, which is in development.
- Bug fix: SSL certificate paths from active listener are now actually checked on config file check.
- Bug fix: file existence checker in config tests was broken. This affected pre-flight checks of paths in config file.
- Debian 12 “Bookworm” build has been added to the apt repo.
