Version 1.13.1 is a fix release. There is one primary fix: under certain buffer-full conditions for websocket clients, the writer thread would spin and get stuck until there is room in the socket buffer again. All websocket users are advised to upgrade.
There are also some improvements to reduce lock time when writing to clients.
